  • Thanks for your interest in the Grow Your Confidence Program.  We'll start out by scheduling a complimentary 45-minute discovery call (Click here to schedule it) to talk a bit about where you are now, and where you want to be - what brought you to seek out coaching and what you want to accomplish through coaching.  And, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about coaching. 

  • Where you are now:

    • You may have something you want to accomplish but you don't follow through on it.​

    • You may know what you need to do but you don't do it.  You procrastinate, talk yourself out of it, you doubt yourself, you become stuck, unable to do what you really want to do.

  • Where you want to go:

    • You may want to change jobs, go to school, make new friends, leave an unsatisfying relationship, strike out on your own for the first time in your life - any number of things.  You can do anything you set your mind to with true confidence.​

  • As a confidence coach, I guide healthy individuals who find themselves lacking confidence in a certain area (or areas) of their lives toward developing that confidence in order to live more fulfilling lives.

  • My role as your coach:​

    • My intention in this program is to guide you toward becoming truly confident.  The real deal.  Long-term.  No matter what area of your life you want to increase your confidence in, we'll work as partners to boost your confidence so you can live a more fulfilling, meaningful life.

    • I'll support you in making your own decisions and in moving toward your desired outcome, including holding you accountable for completing assignments, completing action steps, showing up for coaching sessions, and so on.  We can discuss what forms of accountability work best for you.​

      • Your coaching agreement and my program cancellation policy will have more information about what is expected of you as my client as well as what is expected of myself as your coach.  The coaching agreement page has a list of agreements based on particular confidence coaching plans.

      • I believe in you and offer to assist you toward your self-directed stepping-stones in a way that will aid you in accomplishing desired outcomes.  I will not impose my opinions on you, although I may share personal experience occasionally and assist with idea-generation/brainstorming, all with the express purpose of empowering you to move forward toward your desired outcomes.

  • *There are also the 4-week (Introduction +1 aspect) and 8-week plans (Introduction +3 aspects) to choose from.

  • You will work through a section per two weeks.

  • You will submit worksheet(s) at least 24 hours before our scheduled session so I can review it/them.

  • At the end of week 1 of each 2-week period between sessions:

    • I'll email to check in to see how you're doing and see if you have any questions.

    • I'll have a Facebook Live event on a topic associated with the section (It takes place on the private Facebook page--I will announce the date and provide a link to you via email).

  • The session (1-2 hours in length) will take place every two weeks via phone or Zoom and consist of:

    • reviewing worksheet(s) if needed (clarifying info, etc.)​

    • tackling stumbling blocks/limiting beliefs, finding clarity, etc.

    • discussing insights you've received from the section material

    • settling on action steps that you will commit to

    • answering any questions you may have

    • introducing the next section

  • Upon purchasing my Grow Your Confidence program, you will receive a link via email to access a private page containing Section 1's material including: an introduction video, lessons and worksheets.  At the beginning of each successive section, you'll receive a new link to that section's page.  You'll also receive a link to a Welcome Packet of various forms to fill out - some required and some voluntary - as well as documents for your information.
